When you see a new person walking in the gym, what do they do? Most of them will use any machine that is available. I know this because I was one of them. When walking in the gym and working out without a routine plan can and will crush any dreams that you have set up for yourself. I have experienced this and had to adjust many things and made many mistakes but do not get agitated.
Fitness is a lifestyle, not a one-time thing. To begin the process, first, change any ideas like becoming a model or becoming a bodybuilder for a while. That is because you need to focus the end goal. First, the goal is to be physically fit and then you can choose a long-term goal like bodybuilder, powerlifter, or fitness model.
To start, begin with these workouts
- Stretch (for at least 5-10 minutes)
- pushups (as much as you can in one minute)
- pull ups (as much as you can in one minute)
- squats (heavy weight, 3 sets 2-5 reps)
- bench press (heavy weight, 3 sets 2-5 reps)
- 2-mile run (16 minutes max)
This will improve your muscle endurance, muscle strength, and cardiovascular. These are the key components that will help you tremendously to feel better and be stronger over time, in that order of course, if you considered doing this in your routine. Also, track your results. Buy a notebook if you have to and track your results.

What many people will agree that to be physically fit and healthy will be the food that you eat. You must make sure you are eating healthy so no junk food or processed food in general for a while. Keep your meals clean as possible.

- Oats/Whole grains
- Lean Meat
- Vegetables (mostly greens)
- Good fats (nuts, almonds, organic peanuts)
This type of food will give you sufficient nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, fiber, good fat, complex carbs, and lean protein. Nowadays, kids are not spending enough time to be active. If this continues then we will have an increase in overweight or obese children, which could include diseases like diabetes. Put your children in a school activity and limit their hours of watching television or video games. To begin, they must keep moving and develop muscle strength and muscle endurance. Also, don’t forget to stretch like any other athletes before starting.
